Finding the right therapist is important.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Claremont, California. I specialize in working with people who are survivors of trauma, such as childhood abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence, and sexual abuse and assault, or are adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families. I am experienced in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, dissociative disorders, substance abuse and dependence, and mood and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. I am trained in EMDR and somatic therapy (TRM), and I integrate these approaches into my work with my clients to treat mind-body symptoms and release trauma. I am also a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, polyamory-friendly and kink-informed therapist, and I am passionate about helping clients with issues regarding sexuality and sexual identity.

I look forward to hearing from you.
